These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services of Infinity Outdoor Services LLC ("Infinity Outdoor Services," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Program Description

Infinity Outdoor Services LLC sends conversational and customer support text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Our text messages are limited to:

Conversational: replies to questions and messages you send us.

Customer support: help with your estimate request, appointment scheduling and changes, crew arrival updates, and follow-up on service you have requested.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies.

All text messages from our program are sent from 260-402-0681.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you authorize Infinity Outdoor Services LLC to send conversational and customer support text messages to that number, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. The phone number and SMS consent fields on our forms are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us.

3. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP or CANCEL to 260-402-0681. After you send STOP, we will send you one final text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and your number will be removed from our list within 24 hours. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

4. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again the same way you originally enrolled, such as by submitting a form on our website with the SMS consent box checked.

5. Help and Support

If you are having issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. You will receive a text message that includes our phone number, email address, and website (https://infinityoutdoorservices.com). You can also reach us directly at 260-402-0681 or [email protected].

6. Message Frequency and Rates

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

Message frequency varies based on communication needs. You will receive only conversational and customer support messages related to your questions and service requests. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
